Every Aristos project is configured to your terrace, so we quote individually rather than publish a fixed price list. The main things that affect cost are the size of the pergola, the louvre style, accessories such as blinds, glass doors or heaters, the kitchen layout, your cabinet and worktop finishes, and the appliances you choose. Send us your measurements and a few photos and we will return a written, itemised quote, usually within a few working days.

We reply by email, phone or WhatsApp to understand your space, how you want to use it and your preferred finishes. We may ask for measurements and photos, or arrange a site visit. You then receive a tailored quote. Once you approve it, we confirm the specification, schedule production and agree an installation date with you.

Each pergola and kitchen is made to order, so lead times depend on the specification, the finishes chosen and the time of year. We give you an expected timeline with your quote and keep you updated through production and delivery.

It depends on the size of the structure, how it is fixed, whether it is open or enclosed and the rules of your municipality or development. Many open louvred pergolas on private terraces are straightforward, but enclosed rooms, roof terraces and properties in managed complexes can need approval. We are happy to talk through your situation and provide drawings and specifications for your architect or local authority. Always confirm with your municipality before work begins.

Yes. Our packages and kitchen layouts are a starting point. Pergola sizes are configurable on enquiry, kitchens can be extended or rearranged, and finishes are chosen by you from our Finishes brochure.

Our pergolas use an aluminium frame with a powder-coated paint finish, which does not rust and is easy to keep clean. Signature kitchen cabinets use stainless 304 engineered construction with an aluminium core and sintered stone worktops, which are 100% waterproof and resistant to UV, heat and stains. A regular rinse with fresh water keeps everything looking its best by the sea.

Rinse the pergola frame and louvres with fresh water and a mild detergent a few times a year, and clear leaves from the gutters before winter. Wipe sintered stone worktops with warm soapy water; they do not need sealing. Clean stainless cabinets with a soft cloth and a stainless steel cleaner, following the grain.

Every Aristos pergola is backed by a 25-year warranty on the aluminium structure. Warranty terms for kitchens, appliances and accessories are confirmed in writing with your quote.
