What makes a bioclimatic pergola different
A traditional pergola has a fixed roof or fabric shade. A bioclimatic pergola has motorised aluminium louvres that rotate at the touch of a button. Closed, they shed rainwater into gutters hidden in the frame and down through the posts. Open, they let hot air escape so the space underneath stays cooler than the terrace around it.

Six styles to choose from
Our pergola range includes six louvre styles: the Simple Electric Louvre, the European Electric Louvre with decorative sink detail, the European Luxury Electric Louvre with integrated sink, the Electric Louvre with windproof roller blinds, the Roof-Extension Electric Louvre with sealed aluminium panels, and the Retractable Electric Louvre that folds fully open.
Frames come in four finishes: Black, Cyprus Coffee, Anthracite Grey and Bright White, chosen to suit the stone, render and woodwork of Mediterranean homes.
Extras that extend the season
With the right accessories a pergola becomes an outdoor room you can use almost all year. Choose from sun blinds and windproof roller screens, aluminium louvre side panels, glass sliding doors, post-mounted heaters, ceiling fans and integrated LED lighting. Our Signature All Seasons package combines a louvred roof with an insulated wall, two glazed walls, sliding glass doors and a ceiling fan light.
Built for coastal living
Homes near the sea in Paphos face salt air, strong sun and winter storms. Aluminium does not rust, and a powder-coated finish protects the colour from fading. Regular rinsing with fresh water is all the care most pergolas need.

Every Aristos project is configured to your terrace, so we quote individually rather than publish a fixed price list. The main things that affect cost are the size of the pergola, the louvre style, accessories such as blinds, glass doors or heaters, the kitchen layout, your cabinet and worktop finishes, and the appliances you choose. Send us your measurements and a few photos and we will return a written, itemised quote, usually within a few working days.
Do I need planning permission for a pergola in Cyprus?+
It depends on the size of the structure, how it is fixed, whether it is open or enclosed and the rules of your municipality or development. Many open louvred pergolas on private terraces are straightforward, but enclosed rooms, roof terraces and properties in managed complexes can need approval. We are happy to talk through your situation and provide drawings and specifications for your architect or local authority. Always confirm with your municipality before work begins.
What warranty do you offer?+
Every Aristos pergola is backed by a 25-year warranty on the aluminium structure. Warranty terms for kitchens, appliances and accessories are confirmed in writing with your quote.
How long does it take from order to installation?+
Each pergola and kitchen is made to order, so lead times depend on the specification, the finishes chosen and the time of year. We give you an expected timeline with your quote and keep you updated through production and delivery.
How do I look after my pergola and kitchen?+
Rinse the pergola frame and louvres with fresh water and a mild detergent a few times a year, and clear leaves from the gutters before winter. Wipe sintered stone worktops with warm soapy water; they do not need sealing. Clean stainless cabinets with a soft cloth and a stainless steel cleaner, following the grain.
