The Signature All Seasons turns a pergola into a room. It combines a louvred roof with an insulated solid wall, two glazed window walls, sliding glass doors and a ceiling fan light, giving you a sheltered space you can use through summer heat and winter rain.
Includes a standard aluminium pergola — sizes configurable on enquiry.
A room for the way you live
Clients use the All Seasons as a quiet retreat, a garden studio, a home office, a gym or a winter dining room. The louvred roof still opens to the sky, and the sliding glass doors open the room fully to the garden on warm days.
Furniture, gym equipment, office fittings and decorative accessories shown in our brochure are illustrative and not included in the package.
What is included
The structure is an aluminium frame with a powder-coated paint finish, backed by a 25-year warranty on the aluminium structure. The insulated wall gives privacy and shelter on one side, while the glazed walls keep the space bright.

Enclosed structures can need different approvals to open pergolas, so we recommend checking with your municipality early. We can provide drawings and specifications to help, and adapt the wall layout to suit your property.

Do I need planning permission for a pergola in Cyprus?+
It depends on the size of the structure, how it is fixed, whether it is open or enclosed and the rules of your municipality or development. Many open louvred pergolas on private terraces are straightforward, but enclosed rooms, roof terraces and properties in managed complexes can need approval. We are happy to talk through your situation and provide drawings and specifications for your architect or local authority. Always confirm with your municipality before work begins.
How much does a pergola or outdoor kitchen cost in Cyprus?+
Every Aristos project is configured to your terrace, so we quote individually rather than publish a fixed price list. The main things that affect cost are the size of the pergola, the louvre style, accessories such as blinds, glass doors or heaters, the kitchen layout, your cabinet and worktop finishes, and the appliances you choose. Send us your measurements and a few photos and we will return a written, itemised quote, usually within a few working days.
Can sizes and layouts be customised?+
Yes. Our packages and kitchen layouts are a starting point. Pergola sizes are configurable on enquiry, kitchens can be extended or rearranged, and finishes are chosen by you from our Finishes brochure.
